Annual Retreat
The 2023 Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat will be hosted by Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory on April 24-25, 2023
The Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat is a venue for presentation and discussion of SCC-funded projects.
Each SCC funded project's PI and Co-PI(s) are required to attend the annual Starr Cancer Consortium Retreat. All other attendees are by invitation only.
Attendance is by invitation only.

Housing
The SCC will provide housing for Retreat attendees. Attendees should indicate on the registration form if they require overnight housing. The program runs late the first day. Participants not local to Cold Spring Harbor are strongly recommended to register for housing. (Please note, attendees from CSHL will not be provided with overnight housing)

Presentation Instructions
Talks will be given by current projects active for 2 years or more.
Posters will be presented by current projects active for less than 2 years.
All attendees are encouraged to present a poster of their SCC-funded work.

Travel
Information on travel options to CSHL:

Retreat attendees should make their own travel arrangements.
Attendees traveling from New York City should take the
Long Island Rail Road from Penn Station to Syosset Station. A shuttle service to and from Syosset Station and CSHL will be provided.
Note: Available
parking is limited at CSHL.
Travel Reimbursement
The SCC will reimburse economy airfare, train fare, and/or
reasonable ground transportation travel costs for out of town attendees.
Travel reimbursement instructions will be send to all attendees after the retreat. Reimbursement requests must be submitted by
